Becky is a patient care coordinator with 35 years of dental experience. Becky brings a strong work ethic shaped by growing up on a farm. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids and values the close-knit feeling of working in a small-town dental office where patients and coworkers feel like family. Her ideal vacation would be spending two weeks in Hawaii.

Originally from Bosnia, Alisa has 23 years of experience in the dental field as a Registered Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and now also serves in an administrative role. She’s passionate about continuous learning and making a positive impact on patients. Alisa hopes to visit at least one country on every continent.

Robin has 18 years of experience in the dental field as a patient care coordinator. She values time with her kids, grandkids, and friends, and takes pride in welcoming patients with a smile. Her favorite part of the job is working alongside a team she loves. Robin plans on living life to the fullest and traveling, because “life is too short.”

Lamar is originally from Texas and served in the United States Navy before joining the dental field. He values working alongside an incredible team and two of the most exceptional dentists in our community, both of whom prioritize patient care and a healthy office culture. He has a goal to someday own a speakeasy.

Karlie is a Clinical Care Coordinator and brings a strong work ethic from her background in cattle and crop farming. She enjoys restoring tractors with her dad and values the daily connection with her amazing coworkers. Her dream vacation is spotting wildlife in Montana with her boyfriend, Jeffrey.

Mackenzie is a dental assistant with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, but her passion has always been in the dental field. She loves meeting new people and enjoys forming friendships through her work. She’s licensed in radiography and is always eager to learn. Her dream vacation is visiting the Greek island of Skopelos, where Mamma Mia was filmed.

Darian is a certified and licensed dental assistant from Hayfield, MN Darian enjoys spending time with loved ones, shopping, being outdoors, and relaxing with a good movie. She loves working in a close-knit office where coworkers feel like family and take pride in helping patients feel confident in their smiles. Her dream vacation is the Maldives, and swimming with dolphins.

Born and raised in Rochester, MN, Amanda is a certified and licensed dental assistant. She loves working with a supportive team that feels like family and finds joy in getting to know patients and sharing laughs. Her dream vacation includes exploring Bora Bora and Sicily.

April is a licensed dental assistant who has loved every moment in the dental field. A proud mom, she enjoys making patients smile and working alongside an incredible team. Her dream vacation is relaxing in the Bahamas, and she hopes to go on a cruise someday.

Amy has been a dedicated dental hygienist for over 30 years. She focuses on making each dental visit a positive, personalized experience. Her dream vacation is an Alaskan cruise and kayaking the sea caves in Wisconsin’s Apostle Islands.

A southeast Minnesota native, Morgan has been a dental hygienist for 16 years. She loves spending time with family, being active in her church, and relaxing with a good book and her dog. Her favorite part of the job is helping patients achieve their best oral health through education and trust, especially those who’ve had difficult past experiences. Morgan hopes to visit an elephant sanctuary in Africa one day.

Angela is a dental hygienist and a Rochester, MN native. Angela has worked in the dental field for 27 years. She enjoys educating patients about oral health and loves meeting new people. Married with two sons, Angela dreams of visiting Tahiti.

Missy has been a registered dental hygienist for over 20 years; she has two adult sons and a deep passion for building relationships with her patients. She values working with a team that brings joy and laughter to each day. Her dream vacation is traveling to Bora Bora and staying in an overwater bungalow.
