I cannot sing the praises of Dr. Toft and her assistant, Darian, enough. They were insurmountably patient with my daughter who for the first time, had to have an extraction. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to make her comfortable and set her up for a great experience. They gave my daughter space and time to work through her fears, were never forceful, but always encouraging her in the next step. They also supported me, as the mom, in being sympathetic but encouraging and not once made me feel rushed or anxious. They TRULY did all that they could to accomplish our goal, and still create a positive experience even when it was a difficult feat. THANK YOU ladies and team, so, SO, much. Even after the fear and tears, my daughter and myself left smiling.
